LEADERSHIP & SERVICE
This Clergy Board functions as a living extension of the Kingdom of God, dedicated to the cultivation and refinement of spiritual gifts through a commitment to being "first partakers" of the Word. We believe that true outward ministry flows from an inward, lived experience of Scripture.
At the helm, the Senior Pastor serves as the Angel of the House, providing the overarching vision and spiritual stewardship for the Body of Christ. This leadership is fortified by a collaborative presbytery of Exhorters, Evangelists, Ministers, and Elders. Together, this leadership team upholds the sacred order of the congregation—facilitating transformative worship, officiating the sacraments, and providing the foundational pillars of sound doctrine, ministerial counseling, and compassionate pastoral care.
SERVANT LEADERSHIP
The roles of Deacon and Deaconess are foundational to the spiritual and operational vitality of the local assembly. While Elders focus on spiritual oversight and the ministry of the Word, Deacons serve as the logistical backbone of the church, ensuring the health of the community through active, hands-on service.
Logistical Guardianship: By managing the physical needs of the congregation and the facility, Deacons protect the Elders' time, allowing them to remain dedicated to prayer and teaching. This synergy is essential for a balanced and thriving church.
Spiritually Grounded Service: Beyond administrative tasks, our Deacons and Deaconesses are expected to be serious students and effective teachers of the Word. Their service is not merely secular management; it is a spiritual ministry that requires a deep understanding of scripture.
Biblical Integrity: In accordance with 1 Timothy 3:8–13, those in this role must be born-again believers of high character. They are selected for their "administrative gifting"—the ability to organize, lead, and execute church functions with excellence and grace.
Servant Leadership: They act as the "hands and feet" of the church, bridging the gap between spiritual leadership and the practical needs of the members, ensuring that no one is overlooked and that the house of God functions in good order.
OUTREACH
At Partakers Church of Christ Ministries (PCCM), our outreach has a new name and a renewed momentum: COMET. Like a comet accelerating as it nears the sun, we believe that as we draw closer to the Son of God, the burdens of our past—our sins, struggles, and mistakes—begin to melt away, replaced by divine speed and purpose. This transformation fuels our mission to be effective witnesses, compelling the world to know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
Guided by Luke 14:23, we are commissioned to "go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in."
A Global Reach: We are dedicated to presenting the Gospel to the "uttermost parts," meeting people exactly where they are.
Empowered Change: We don't just reach out; we aim to help save and turn around lives through the empowering presence of the Holy Spirit.

CHRISTIAN EDUCATION
At Partakers Church of Christ Ministries, we believe that spiritual growth is a lifelong journey of discovery. Our Christian Education Ministry serves as the instructional heart of our church, dedicated to helping every person move from a simple introduction to the Gospel to becoming a deeply devoted and obedient follower of Jesus.
We are committed to sound biblical doctrine and the teaching of the whole, unadulterated Word of God—from the foundations of Genesis to the prophetic culmination of Revelation. To understand God's Word is to truly know who He is.
We offer several ways to engage with Scripture and grow in community:
Sunday School: Age-appropriate classes designed to build a solid foundation of faith through interactive study.
Weekly Bible Study: Deep-dive sessions that explore the cultural and spiritual context of the Bible to apply its truths to modern life.
Evangelistic Training Association (ETA) Courses: Specialized training for those looking to sharpen their ministry skills and share their faith more effectively with others.
We take our mandate from 2 Timothy 2:15: "Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."
MEN'S MINISTRY
Our mission is to lead men to a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ, moving beyond simple belief into active, Christ-like maturity. PCCM Men are dedicated to equipping men with the spiritual tools needed to reflect Christ's character in every sphere—transforming them into servant-leaders who glorify God through their actions in the church and the world.
We believe God has called men to be the foundational heads of their families—a role defined not by dominance, but by the same sacrificial love. Our goal is to see men restored to their God-given purpose, encouraged by their identity in Christ, and empowered to lead with humility and integrity at home, in the workplace, and throughout their communities.
Restoration: Healing the wounds of the past to help men embrace their identity as sons of God.
Equipping: Providing biblical training and practical skills for effective leadership and discipleship.
Leadership: Modeling Christ's example of servant leadership to build stronger families and communities.
Mission: Mobilizing men to be active witnesses for Christ in every area of life.
WOMEN'S MINISTRY
At Partakers Church of Christ Ministries Women's Ministry, we aren't just a group; we're a sisterhood rooted in the heart of PCCM. Our heartbeat is to lift each other up, helping every woman walk a life that is Great, Godly, Graceful, Growing, and Generational. We believe in pouring into one another through every season of life—whether diving deep into Scripture, sharing a laugh at a social gathering, or sharpening skills in the professional world.

Connection: We're trading surface-level small talk for deep, Christ-centered friendships through small groups, mentoring, and prayer.

MARRIAGE MINISTRY
PCCM Marriage Ministry's objective and goal is to help empower married couples to move beyond surviving and start thriving in their divine purpose in Christ. Through deep biblical teaching and practical workshops, we help you honor your covenant to God and one another. Whether you are newlyweds or celebrating decades together, we provide the spiritual tools and counseling needed to cultivate a balanced, resilient marriage rooted in the Word of God.

YOUTH & YOUNG PEOPLE
Our goal is to meet young people exactly where they are—whether they've taken the step of faith or are just beginning to ask questions. We want to move beyond passive listening and empower them to take ownership of their spiritual journey.
Through PCCM's enriched programming, we provide a space where youth aren't just students, but active contributors who lead, teach, and serve. By diving deep into the Word, they develop a vibrant, personal connection with God while forging lasting bonds with a community of peers. Ultimately, we aim to equip them with the confidence to step out, build meaningful bridges with the world around them, and share the transformative love of Christ as commanded in Matthew 14:19.
Our ministry reaches across three stages of youth development:
Children (Ages 2–11): Nurturing the earliest seeds of faith in a loving, age-appropriate environment.
Youth Adolescence (Ages 12–17): Guiding young people through life's pivotal questions with biblical truth and community support.
Young Adults (Ages 18–35): Equipping emerging leaders to own their faith and engage the world with purpose and conviction.

MUSIC MINISTRY
